Refund policy

All sales are final. Rancho Relaxo does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products purchased through this site.
This policy is a condition of purchase and applies to all orders, including drop preorders and clearance sales.

The only exception:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hi@ranchorelaxoca.com within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Replacement is at our discretion based on photo verification.

Why:
Rancho Relaxo operates on a preorder drop model. Production happens against committed demand, which means we don't carry inventory beyond what's been ordered. Returns aren't accommodated because the model doesn't price for them. Lower returns mean lower prices for everyone on the list.
