Cancellations

Some items are sold as preorders. This explains how they work and how to cancel one.

Preorders

A preorder is a product that has not been printed yet or has not arrived. You pay in full at checkout. The ship window is stated on the product page.

You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. Email hi@ranchorelaxoca.com with your order number.

Once an order ships, all sales are final. See the refund policy.

If a run is delayed, you will be emailed with the new date. You can wait or cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions and try before you buy

Rancho Relaxo does not offer either.
